Refund Policy

Allvaper™ Refund/Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy.

Please request a refund, please email us to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible, including order number, full name, the address, phone number and reason for return. Please note that we may ask you to email photos and/or video of the damaged or faulty merchandise before returning the items. We can also provide you with troubleshooting steps, as they are necessary to expedite the return process and help you avoid return processing fees.

If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the item(s) to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return is received and processed.

Items received showing cosmetic damage from manufacturer, problems with consumable items, dead on arrival (DOA) and any missing or incorrect items should be reported within the 48 hours following delivery!

Consumable items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable items that have been opened or used. Consumable items include, but not limited to, e-liquids, the reels, the pods, cartridges, disposable products and batteries. Reshipping is not available for consumable items.

Alternative devices:

Alternative devices must be fully cleaned prior to return. If you return your item containing any form of media and the item is confiscated (not received at our premises), we will not be held responsible for your loss. If the item is received with residual odor or carrier particles, return will receive a return handling fee of 15 %.

A return processing fee of 15 % can be applied if :

Returns are open and/or non-defective.

  1. Returns show signs of physical damage or user error that may have caused the defect.
  2. Returns that are not cleaned and emptied before return.
  3. The reason for the defect is not present when evaluating the return or is resolved with simple troubleshooting steps.

Return fees :

Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Promotional conditions:

Promotional items are listed as final sale. If the promotional item is deemed defective, we will only issue a refund or store credit for the amount paid for the items. Promotional items will not be replaced.

Orders refused:

If the customer or carrier has refused the packages for any reason, shipping costs are not refundable. If your order received free shipping, our order shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Reimbursement process:

Refunds can only be issued on the original payment (credit card, debit card) or in the form of store credit. Allvaper is not responsible for refunds to a canceled prepaid card or credit card in the event that the cardholder no longer has possession of it.

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, occasional error may occur or manufacturers may update information of which we are not aware. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
